How it works
Agreement first
We discuss your recruitment needs and you present a fee that you feel reflects our work's value. This is confirmed in a simple written agreement​.
Right to Decline Work
We reserve the right not to take on every enquiry, focusing our efforts where we can truly add value.
Payment after Success
Retained invoices are issued at the beginning of the search and once the candidate verbally accepts your offer.
